How did God lead you to Freedom?
Prior to teaching at Freedom, I taught at a Christian school in Indiana. We would drive to Ludington and on the way back home, when we drove through Grand Rapids, We would always say, “Wouldn't it be nice to be home?” It was also our desire for our then 2.5 year old daughter to be closer to both sets of grand parents. We felt that this was very important.

Why have you chosen to work at Freedom?
I have chosen to work at Freedom because I feel God led me here. It also is my desire to influence young lives for eternity. I believe God has proven that Freedom is where God wants me to be, and so he has taken care of my family and me through many unique circumstances.

Education: B.S. in Education, taken post graduate classes from Saint Francis, Indiana and Western Michigan University.
