How did God lead you to Freedom?
In 1990 my husband and I lived in Jackson, MI. My husband was asked to come to Freedom as the first development director. I was able to work as a part time parapro and finish my elementary certification a Grand Valley State University.

Why have you chosen to work at Freedom?
At Freedom I am privileged to work with a faculty and staff that know and love the Lord. I want to have a positive Christian influence on the young lives in my classroom. I also love the parent involvement at Freedom. A close connection between home and school is so beneficial to everyone. I am able to integrate God and His Word into every area of the curriculum.

Education:
Graduate from Moody Bible Institute
Graduate from GVSU with a bachelor's in English Literature and a Masters in Reading, with a reading specialist endorsement for grades K-8.
